2. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of outputs. We do not guarantee ROI, yield, deal availability, financing success, or investment performance.

Deal scores, verdicts, risk flags, offer ranges, Scout responses, and Deal Packs are informational workflow outputs only. They are not instructions or recommendations to buy, sell, finance, let, refurbish, or proceed with a property.

3. Your verification responsibilities
