Affiliate terms
Clear rules. Clean payouts. No nonsense.

We approve affiliates at our discretion. We typically prioritise UK property communities, coaches, sourcers, educators, and operators who can refer the right users.

We can suspend or refuse approval if we believe your promotion style, audience, or positioning creates brand or compliance risk.

Commission is paid on qualifying subscription payments from customers who sign up via your tracked referral link (or other tracking method we provide).

• Commission is calculated on net receipts (after refunds, chargebacks, and taxes/fees where applicable).
• Commission applies only while the subscription remains active and paid.
• No commission is paid on failed payments, disputed payments, or refunded periods.

Note: you do not offer Lifetime, so the Programme is subscription-based only.

• Payouts are typically made monthly in arrears (to allow for disputes and refunds).
• We may apply a minimum payout threshold to reduce admin overhead.
• You’re responsible for your own tax reporting and obligations.

• No misleading claims (no “guaranteed returns”, “guaranteed deals”, or profit promises).
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk DMs, scraping, or aggressive tactics.
• You must clearly disclose you may earn commission (e.g., “affiliate link”).
• No impersonation or pretending to be PropertyScout staff.
• No paid ads bidding on our brand name (and obvious misspellings) without written permission.
• No coupon sites or “deal code” pages unless we approve it in writing.

Self-referrals and abuse (creating accounts to farm commission, using stolen cards, incentivised signups that misrepresent the product, etc.) are prohibited.

If we detect fraud or high-risk behaviour, we may withhold payouts while we investigate. Commission paid on refunded/charged-back revenue can be clawed back or offset against future payouts.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate access at any time if we believe customers, partners, or the brand are at risk, or if you breach these terms.

On termination, tracking may stop immediately. We may still pay any undisputed commission already earned (subject to the rules above).
