Who we are and how to contact us

1. Definitions

  • Partner: an approved participant in the PropertyScout Partner Programme.
  • Referred Lead: a prospect or customer connected to a Partner through an approved attribution path.
  • Partner Trial Link: an approved tracked link, referral code, QR code, or invite-only trial route.
  • Guided Demo Access: a manually supported route for suitable prospects who need a guided walkthrough.
  • Qualifying Payment: eligible subscription revenue received from a valid referred customer.
  • Net Receipts: Qualifying Payment after excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

2. Approval and participation

The Partner Programme is invite-only and subject to manual approval. We may approve, reject, pause, disable, or remove access at any time to protect customer trust, brand integrity, and the quality of referred traffic.

3. Attribution and tracking

Attribution may be recorded through referral links, referral codes, QR codes, Partner trial links, invite-only trial routes, guided demo access, and manual admin override where required.

Where multiple attribution paths conflict, PropertyScout will generally prioritise the strongest explicit source, such as a valid referral code or invite-only trial route, then valid tracked link or QR activity, then guided demo attribution, unless an authorised admin override is applied with reason.

4. Partner trial links, quotas, and tools

Partners may receive access to tracked links, referral codes, QR codes, Partner trial links, invite-only trial routes, and guided demo access. Access to these tools, including campaign allocations, is determined by PropertyScout and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.

Invite-only trial routes may be single-use, attributable, and subject to expiry, revocation, duplicate checks, and abuse controls. Partners must not attempt to bypass quota controls or issue access outside approved programme rules.

5. Commission eligibility and rates

Commission rates, plan treatment, and any partner-specific commercial terms are governed by the approved programme settings or separate written agreement in force with PropertyScout. Commission applies only to Net Receipts from valid Qualifying Payments.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the public partner programme may pay recurring commission on qualifying subscription payments at 20% for Investor and 30% for Pro. Starter, Team, custom, discounted, refunded, chargeback, or manually adjusted arrangements may be treated differently or excluded.

No commission is due on invalid, duplicate, self-referred, refunded, reversed, or otherwise non-qualifying activity.

6. Review, approval, refunds, and clawbacks

Commissions may move through pending, approved, paid, rejected, or reversed states. PropertyScout may apply a hold period before approval. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud findings, duplicate attribution, and later invalidation may remove or reverse commission entitlement.

7. Payout terms

  • Payouts are manual in V1 and remain subject to PropertyScout approval.
  • Payout timing, method, and threshold may vary by partner arrangement.
  • Partners are responsible for accurate payout details and their own tax treatment.
  • PropertyScout may withhold payout while compliance, attribution, or fraud review is ongoing.

8. Compliance and promotion rules

  • Partners must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including UK requirements.
  • Referral relationships and potential commission must be disclosed clearly where required.
  • No spam, misleading claims, impersonation, or deceptive ad placement.
  • No misleading representations about product access, subscription outcome, or commission entitlement.
  • No claims that returns are guaranteed, a deal should definitely be bought, outcomes are without risk, or users will earn quickly.
  • No bidding on PropertyScout brand terms, misspellings, or brand URLs in paid search without prior written approval.

9. Fraud, abuse, and self-referrals

Self-referrals, fake leads, duplicate submissions, trial-link misuse, identity masking, incentive abuse, or other fraudulent activity are prohibited. We may void tracked referrals, revoke access, recover paid commissions, and terminate participation where abuse is identified.

10. Brand, authority, and data protection

  • Partners may use approved PropertyScout brand assets only in the form and context we provide or approve.
  • Partners must not imply employment, agency, exclusivity, investment advice, or authority to bind PropertyScout.
  • Partners are responsible for complying with data protection rules when collecting, sharing, or handling lead data.
  • Partners must not upload or share personal data with PropertyScout unless they have a lawful basis to do so.

11. Programme changes

We may modify commercial terms, tracking methods, attribution rules, quota settings, payout rules, programme requirements, or these terms with reasonable notice where appropriate.

12. Termination and survival

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, tracking may stop immediately. Clauses on accrued commissions, clawbacks, compliance, confidentiality, liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
