Every plan lets you search with Scout or manually in Scan, save properties and assess the opportunities. The evidence and assumptions remain visible. Paid plans give you higher allowances.

One search can return several properties. Creating the first complete PDF pack for a property uses one pack allowance. Repeat downloads and updates to that property’s pack are included, even after a monthly reset or plan change. Free has room for five saved deals; downgrading keeps existing work.
How does the Scout allowance work?
Scout replies are available up to your monthly count and an AI processing allowance. Long conversations and document reviews use more processing, so the number of available replies can vary. Shared service limits can also temporarily pause chat. Searches, calculations and saved work remain available within their own allowances.
When do allowances reset?
Monthly and annual subscriptions have the same monthly allowances. Paying yearly does not give twelve months of usage upfront. Usage resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused allowance does not roll over.
How do paid upgrades work?
Choose a plan above. Create an account or log in, and your selection will be waiting for you. Review it and continue to secure checkout. Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are paid in full for the year. You will see the billing period, price and applicable tax before completing secure Stripe checkout. There is no trial that turns into a charge automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage a subscription through Billing in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your account shows when paid access ends.
