Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains cancellation, renewals, and how we handle refund requests. We aim to be fair and consistent.

1. Subscription plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for part-used billing periods except where required by law or where we agree a refund is appropriate.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. One-time purchases

One-time purchases are generally non-refundable after access is granted, except where required by law.

PropertyScout is a digital service. Where you request immediate access to paid digital features during any statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge that access starts immediately and that cancellation and refund rights may be limited once digital performance has begun, except where required by law.

3. Trials and plan selection

If a paid subscription starts after a free trial or plan selection, the renewal and cancellation terms shown at checkout apply. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing period.

4. Service interruption and downtime

If a material technical issue prevents normal use for a meaningful period, contact support. Where appropriate, we may offer a credit, access extension, or partial refund.

Third-party outages (for example, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or data sources) do not automatically qualify for a refund unless they prevent reasonable access to the Service as a whole.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may lead to temporary account suspension while a dispute is investigated.

  • A short description of the issue
